At Kylro, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and reliably across India.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

• Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days
• Express Delivery: 2-3 business days (available at checkout for select pincodes)

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all orders above Rs. 999
• Flat Rs. 99 shipping fee on orders below Rs. 999

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on orders above Rs. 299. A nominal COD handling fee of Rs. 30 may apply.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email within 24 hours. Use the tracking number on the respective courier website to track your delivery in real time.

Delivery Areas

We deliver to all major cities and towns across India. Remote or rural areas may require 1-2 additional business days. In case of any delivery issues, our support team will contact you directly.

Undelivered or Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at support@kylro.in within 48 hours. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
