Return Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (Order ID or invoice) is required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Products without original packaging
  • Perishable or personal hygiene items (once opened)

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email support@kylro.in with your Order ID and reason for return
  2. Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions
  3. Ship the product back to us in original packaging
  4. Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the item

Refund Methods

  • Prepaid orders: Refund to original payment method (UPI, card, net banking)
  • COD orders: Refund via bank transfer or UPI within 7 business days

Damaged or Wrong Item Received

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at support@kylro.in within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos. We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked.
