Orders and Payments

Can I place a Cash on Delivery (COD) order?

Yes! COD is available on all orders above Rs. 299 across India. A small handling fee of Rs. 30 may apply.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay), and Cash on Delivery.

How do I apply a discount code?

Enter your discount code at checkout in the Discount Code field and click Apply. The discount will be deducted from your total automatically.

Shipping and Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days. Express delivery (2-3 days) is available for select pincodes at an additional charge.

Is shipping free?

Yes! Shipping is free on all orders above Rs. 999. A flat Rs. 99 shipping fee applies on orders below Rs. 999.

How do I track my order?

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email within 24 hours. You can use this to track your package on the courier website.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. The product must be unused and in original packaging.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned product. COD refunds are made via UPI or bank transfer.

I received a damaged product. What do I do?

We are so sorry to hear that! Please email us at support@kylro.in with photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately.
